Adler Footcare New York is proud to announce that the Podiatric OR of Midtown Manhattan located at our office has received reaccreditation status awarded by The Joint Commission. This is exciting news for us because it’s like receiving a gold seal for the care and services we provide. When you’re treated by a New York podiatrist at Adler Footcare you can be confident you’re receiving the best care possible.

What it means to be accredited

If a foot surgery center is accredited it means that it demonstrates compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety for office based surgery. The Joint Commission evaluates and accredits more than 18,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States. It’s also the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.

The Podiatric OR located within Adler Footcare New York received its initial accreditation three years ago. Dr. Adler led his team of New York podiatrists through the intense process of complying with the rigorous safety, quality, treatment and service standards.
