There are some instances that warrant legitimate excuses – you stubbed your toe, your plantar fasciitis flared up again, your shoes don’t fit right. These are easily fixed – let your toe heal, rest your feet, go shopping for a new pair of comfortable kicks – and you're back on your feet in a few days. So, they don’t work as excuses for long. Assuming you aren’t just lazy, when foot pain is continually keeping you from actually getting up and getting on your feet it’s time to get moving to your nearest podiatrist.
